+ Location, decor, breakfast. The design of the bathroom is extremely nice! Even though it's on the smallish side, it is practical and tasteful. And everything still quite new therefore super clean.
- the fake fire on TV monitor. The fact that there is no closet for clothes can mean inconvenience to people who have a longer stay or if two people are sharing a room. For my own purposes this was not an issue particularly.
