Fantastic weekend, although having booked a superior double room it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Pool was lovely although very cold !!!

We had a very good stay - room was provided of all comforts - SPA is fantastic. It is easy to reach also with heavy bags (five minutes walking far from Berlin Zoo). I had the best breakfast of my trips.

The A/C in the first room was broken. The room we were moved to (only on request) was significantly smaller, but no price reduction was afforded us.
