Holidaying for the second time in Berlin and at this hotel, but it has changed hands, and we felt the service etc was not as good this time - towels not replaced when left on floor, no liquid soap left (the only toiletry provided) and was not replaced, no optional "do not disturb" note to hang on door, less variety at breakfast. We feel it could be bettered by other hotels of same star ratings.

Photos and rooms are not matching. Rooms are small and not particularly clean. The first day I found a beetle on my bed and nobody apologized for that.

I surely will come back. The excellent breakfast is not included and has an extra cost of 13 Eur. The elevator to bar and reception on the 6.th floor is slow and poor. The position in the centre of West Berlin on the Kurfürstendamm near Zoo, Europa Center and KaDeWe is excellent. Most of the personnel are very friendly. Only on arrival there were some minor problems - specially: you must have very good eyes to find the note on the Venere website about the extra cost of the breakfast.

the reception is at sixt.th floor so that we should ring for enter expecially during the night;breakfast isn't included in the price but isn't specified in the room and in the web side. the temperature of the room was too hight
