Over priced because clearly taking advantage of Berlin Marathon week-end demand. Only hotel I have come across recently to demand payment upon arrival. Some staff has only been there one or two days and were abrupt, other longer term staff were more helpful and friendly. The room was OK but could hear anybody moving around in the next room. Generally though a fairly quiet location and not far from U-bahn.

On the booking paper it saied: amount to be paied in cash on departure. But they want to be paied cash in advance on arrival. I arrived very late, and had to walk arround to find an ATM to get mony anough to pay the hole stay in advance. the hotel didn't accept any credit card at all. Parking infomation was not deliverd as agreed. The single room was not wery comfterbal and no ventilation provided.

Payment has been required by cash upon arrival while payment by Credit Card was not welcome and subject to extra charges. This kind of policy is felt unfair and not appropriate to international tourism.

The breakfastroom was very small, and I espect that a hotel accept Diners-card, because my travel-insuranse is connected to payment of the whole travel by my Diner-card. A little disappointing that Diners isn't accepted. However we are very satisfied with the hotel and the price, clean and quietness. Best wishes from Tor Bille Langeland
