Good hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a studio apartment on the inner courtyard. No noise problems even with the window open. Excellent water pressure and temperature in shower. Fold-out sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen small but functional enough to self-cater -- with microwave, 2 hotplates, sink and a small dishwasher (!) and fridge -- and small supermarket directly across the road. Advice: Get bus 109 from Tegel airport; there is an Olivaer Platz stop on its route, very nearby the hotel. (The buses are good in Berlin; they actually announce and display the next stop, so you know when to hit the Stop button and get off, even if you're not familiar with the city.)

Great self-service apartments in a really lovely quieter area of Berlin, inthe southwest of the city near the beautiful city park and the zoo. Easy to get into the centre of Berlin by either walking through the park, which takes about an hour but is a really nice walk with lots of things to see en route, or very close to public transport for the fast trip in. Clean modern hotel, good facilities, friendly staff. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Recommended.

We had a studio apartment in a block of many, the pull out bed is surprisingly comfortable. There are laundry facilities available which is a bonus. There are shops around for food/fruit and we found great restaurants, if you want clothes all the designer shops are nearby. Public transport is also close.

An excellent hotel. The location is central in the old West Berlin, therefore not so close to the interesting eastern parts. But the public transport in Berlin is truly excellent. The rates offered through your website are very good and much better than the ones offered by the hotel itself.

Great hotel in the centre of Berlins posh shop district. Only 200 meters from Adenaeurplatz U bahn. Room spotless, great to have fridge , kettle etc. Dont be put off by sofa bed, it is so comfy. Great hotel to base a trip to Berlin. Would stay here again

I spent 8 days staying at this apartment/hotel complex and cannot speak too highly of it. I was most impressed with the quality and extent of the facilities and amenities provided and found them ideal for a traveller who wanted the option of preparing the occasional light meal and to do laundry beyond the capabilities of a bathroom basin. The staff without exception were pleasant and helpfull, and their command of English was excellent. The location was excellent, close to the Ubahn and the busses to and from Tegal airport and a short bus ride or brisk 10 min walk to the center of the Ku'dam major department stores As a personal preference, being a person of substantial proportions I found the sofa bed provided in the studio apartment less than ideal and next time will take for the 1 bedroom option, but apart from that will certaily use this chain whenever the opportunity permits. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone wanting more than the basics.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Citadines Apart'hotel. The apartments were very clean and modern with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. We would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending the Hotel.

Hotel was in a great quiet location with supermarket, bus stop and metro close by - kitchen was fully stocked - sofa bed very comfortable (my partner is ellergic to feathers and the duvet and pillows were changed straight away) - free internet in the room and staff were very friendly/helpfull
