Hotel Delta Berlin offers a very good quality on its services. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, quiet and spacious. There is a cable TV, refrigerator and telephone. The staff is kind and friendly. The surroudings isn`t very good. There is a corner with prostitution activity in front of a sex shop between the hotel and the subway stations. At night it`s a little scarring. There isn`t many places good for sightseeing close to the hotel. However, the underground (subway) stations are located in a convenient walk distance (Kurfurterstrass and Bulow stations). There isn`t free internet and the breakfast is expensive - 9,50 euros per person -(it is better to eat some places else). The relationship between price/quality is good for Berlin.

Surrounding area was not very upmarket, there were no decent restaurants nearby, not even for breakfast unless you like kebabs! However close proximity to bus and rail stops made this hotel an ideal base. I would thoroughly reccommend the guided cycle trip around Berlin by the Fat Tire bike company.

Adequate hotel. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to 2 subway stations, allowed for easy travel throughout Berlin. Small rooms and lobby, but overall a good value.

The hotal is excellently located but there are bars etc opposite and if you have a room facing the road, it can be noisy late. In hot weather there is no air-con and the rooms become unbelievably hot. That said, the hotel is good and good value. Ask for a room at the back!
