The room was not ready when we arrived and we did not get the wanted room. The safety box was not in order. The remote control the TV was not in order. There were no information about the hotel/room price TV-programs etc in the room. No information about how to make a fire alarm. No telephone number to the alarm central. No telefonnumber information at all.

Although it is an old building the rooms are clean with nice shower and toilet facilities. The breakfast and service was really good.

Went to this hotel for 3 nights October 2006. Found it very clean, big rooms and an excellent breakfast. Meats, cheese, yogurts, fruit, cereal and different breads. First class at a very reasonable price. Location is good as there are several good restaraunts around and it is close to underground stops and main road to catch buses etc. Thoroughly reccommended.

im just home from the olivaer apart hotel. me and 5 of my friends went for my birthday. the rooms were lovely and clean and bright. the location is very good and the taxi is just over the road to go to the europa center to the irish bar, it was the buisness. and cuban bar at the end of the road of the hotel, the men were fine. i would go back in the morning but maybe not drink as much, very doubtfull.

This is the most unfriendliest place I have ever stayed in.I am shocked that this is rated as a 3 star.Breakfast was poor and crowded.Our room had old and dirty carpet.There is no bar facility in the place nor anywhere to eat other than at breakfast.In terms of location it is good in that you can get to the main centre by bus. The bathroom floor flooded every time the shower was used and the front office staff were rude and unhelpful.Dont stay here if you want to enjoy this wonderful city.

This was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in! The staff were generally OK apart from one really grumpy, snappy older woman who was awful to us and other guests. The room wasn't cleaned properly from the last guest and had some sanitary towels (unused) left in there. They didn't replace our used wet towels when they cleaned the room. The hotel itself appears a converted office block with very old fixtures and fittings and lifts that should've been condemned years ago. Parking is not too bad, at a little carpark opposite. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The staff had an annoying habit of hanging around the corridors smoking! I can only suggest you find an alternative hotel!

Very nice hotel with its own personality. Clean and safe, good area and handy for public transport. Reception staff could have been a bit more helpful, but on the whole it represents good value for money.

The perfect breakfast! Wonderful, central location which is ideal for exploring, walking, eating, drinking and buying, and yet it was relatively quiet. This hotel has a certain old world charm. I'd go back again any time. Good cross section of guests - mature to very young. Discerning travellers.
