We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast offered each morning was wonderful. My only concern was the noice from the elevators. Late night people coming to their rooms were very loud and the noise echoed down the halls. But overall, it was good and we would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, could recommend Agon Aldea to friends and book it again if I visit in Berlin again - a good value! Nothing extra there like a gym but a very good basic hotel with nice staff, good buffet breakfast included and I was also allowed to have a later check-out free of charge!

The breakfast is very rich and nice, lots of different food. Diner was also excellent in a hotel restaurant. Near the hotel the underground station and taxi available, a big market also. Cleaning ladies don't come so early in the room so you can get rest until late!

The location was not bad, but we were unaware that the the part of the U Bahn nearest us, and not fault to the hotel, was not working, which did make travelling interesting. The buffet breakfast in the hotel, very good. I book a triple room and asked for 3 single beds (which we got) but the room was a twin and the 3 bed a sofa bed, so for three of us it was a bit cramped and the bathroom very small. But in reflection the price for the hotel was very good.

The hotel is 3 stars superior (not 4 as indicated). It is anyway a good hotel with large and clean rooms, even if the structure is not brand new and sometimes the room forniture is not in perfect conditions. The hotel employees are really competent. The hotel is also very near to a station of underground line U2, which touches the most touristic places of Berlin. The hotel surroundings are maybe the only negative aspect: the zone is not very nice especially at night. Anyway we never had feeling of danger and the underground station is very near the hotel. We payed 50 euros a double room and for this price is a really excellent choice.

The very strong point of Agon Aldea Hotel Berlin is its location, just a few minutes to West Berlin Center (you'll walk less than 10 minutes to Kaufhaus Des Westens). Direct tube-line to Potsdamer Platz and Alexander Platz (U2), good conection to Unter den Linden and Friedrichstrasse. To be noted : very good buffet-breakfast.
