I was very disappointed with this hotel. All non-spainsh were put into the hotel next door which was NOT 4* and was not the Hotel Bali. Shabby, old rooms, broken cardkey machines. Buffet very average. You have to pay for going to the top of the hotel you are meant to be staying in. Double room is twin beds pushed together and very uncomfortable. Cheap bathroom products and towels. curtains don't close. In all a terrible time for my mother in laws 60th birthday. We were all planning on going there for xmas but now looking for somewhere else. Internet wifi not available anywhere in hotel and some of the reception staff were very rude. have told everyone about this and hopefully nobody I know will consider booking with them again.

The lifts were very small which caused you to wait a long time at peak periods. Also in the evening all drinks cost 3 euro 40 whatever you had. This is unfair as a soft drink costs the same as an alcoholic drink. It would prove very costly for a family with children staying for several days.

Read a lot of bad reviews from a few English travelers, but I'm glad to say that my experience of this hotel was fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a very good for a resort location.

Excellent hotel, good food. Only bad comment was the church next door which had a clock which chimed every 15 minutes from 8am to 12 midnight.

The Hote is wonderful and an absolute delight. Everything is provided for inclusive of a splendid Gynasium. Health treatments can be sought at a fair price to help with the relaxing time you will experience here. And the view from the 19th floor is glorious. All in all good value for money and near the beach and local shops. 7euros into main town for more lively evening entertainment or a good 30mins walk.

This hotel was cheap, but I would NOT consider it to be 4 star. Overall a poor hotel, but you get what you pay for!!! Hotel lobby is very nice, but rooms are very basic & cheap looking.

A modern hotel with excellent facilities. Quiet location, however a regular 15 minute bus service takes you into Benidorm centre within 5 minutes. The cost of drinks etc is very reasonable for a four star hotel, and a 15% discount is available on drinks etc if you put some pre paid returnable credit on your room card. The food is buffet style with a large choice and of reasonable quality. Panoramic lifts and a viewing platform offer an exiting experience on floor 43. Two excellent beaches within easy walking distance Poniente and the beach at Cala Finestrat. I have used the hotel twice and would gladly use it again.

We found that the food was rather bland not much Spanish food which we do like when in Spain. Not much variety same ingredients each day.
