The hotel was very nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, but we found that there wasn't a large selection of different foods available especially on the cold food side. I would have liked to have seen more fish. Also a facility to have coffee/tea when having our dinner in the evening would have been nice.

The staff were always friendly and helpfull. Plenty of choice at meal times. Very good selection of fresh fruit and salad.

The hotel was being renovated during our stay but this did not cause too much inconvenience, even having to walk to another hotel for evening meals made a change, although it may have been too far for more elderly guests. A car park would have been useful as we had a hire car. We'll probably be back next year.

This hotel was ideally situated, close to the beach shops and bars and clubs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In high season I believe the pool area would be on the small side.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly, but the hotel rooms could do with some refubishment we found that the shower did not work very well and the decoration in the room was starting to look old.

the hotel is first class. the food is very good.we found the staff very friendly and helpfull.we have never heard any noise during the night in the many times we have stayed there.we have no complaints at all about the benidorm centre.

the food was horrible particularly breakfast it was that bad we went out for breakfast food was all geared towards the spanish guests as was the entertainment. so its a no return to this hotel for us .

Well located, excellent value for money and with friendly service. The lounge was a bit smokie and the (outside) noise levels slightly high at nights, but the latter is only to be expected. I'd stay there again.

There was a group of 14 of us stayed at the hotel for a hen weekend and it was fantastic. The location is very central, food fab with great choice, rooms top class. Everything about the hotel was great I couldn't find a fault - this hotel is definately recommended.

THIS HOTEL IS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.(48EUROS PER NIGHT PER ROOM) GOOD LOCATION BEING NEAR TO THE BEACH AND THE OLD TOWN. REGARDING THE SERVICE, THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAITER/BAR PERSON BEHIND THE BAR AT NIGHT SO YOU HAD TO USE WAITER SERVICE TO YOUR TABLE TO BE SERVED QUICKLY. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THIS HOTEL HAS LIMITED PARKING AT THE FRONT ON THE MAIN SIDE ROAD AND SOME MINOR ROAD NOISE AT THE REAR OF THE HOTEL. WE WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN- FOOD IS VERY GOOD.

We had booked a room with 3 single beds, we were very pleased to find the the room was large and with plently of storage space. We found the staff very friendly, the food was excellent and varied and we would recommend the hotel to other's.
