Staff very helpful when asked if they could hold baggage before check in. Good 24 hr reception

We arrived at the hotel on a Saturday afternoon when a wedding party also arrived. There was only one person on reception and it took about half an hour to get checked in. Our room was pretty average, no temperature control and was on the ground floor looking out onto a large metal container! The toilet also didn't flush properly.

My stay was pleasent but I didn't very much enjoy the food at the restaurant. The food didn't look fresh to me, the portions were too much and because of the plates being fulled totally, my table was dirty before I started to eat myself, because of everything coming out from the dishes. Too much in it.
