My daughters and I stayed at the hotel as part of a wedding party. It was noticed that guests were served their meals before the wedding party, the cake was given out AFTER the coffee/tea - so maybe this could be modified for future wedding. Apart from that - the food was delicious.

We stayed in the Executive Rooms which were excellent value for money. The location is just four miles from the City of Belfast but is in a very good location, opposite Stormont Parliament. Our stay was very enjoyable indeed and we would definitley stay at the Stormont again.

the hotel setting is very pretty and a lovely reception area.....on my 2 previous visits i have stayed with my mother and sister in a triple room but have only found towels for 2 persons....both times i requested towels from the front desk and both times they did not arrive....not is the only negative thing that i have to say....rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful....there is something to suit everyones taste buds....

Our room was situated at the end of the corridor nearest the lift on the 2nd floor, while I have no complaints about the room, the ice machine on the landing was very loud, as were guests returning to their rooms at night and leaving in the morning, but you cannot fault the hotel for other people's ignorance! Only other annoyance was the cleaning staff knocking on every door at 7:30am to see if they could go in and clean. Even if guests forget to leave a sign on the door, surely they should have a list of which rooms are occupied, so they don't have to wake the whole corridor.

We found the disabled facilities provided very useful, and the services of the Housekeeper particularly helpful in this respect. The location of the room to the centralk facilities we found very convenient, and the service to a wheelchair-bound guest generally most helpful and friendly.

Great hotel near Stormont Parliament. Clean, neat, very nice indeed. Good breakfast as well. As long as you have a car, this hotel is great. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by car but it's worth it.

Service was ok apart from the night manager who was actually the rudest man we have ever met. My passport was also stolen from my room. I have complained to the hotel but they have yet to get back to me.

We were disappointed in the hotel. Although the room was large, the bathroom was not in good condition. There was no hot water for showering etc either in the evening or in the morning.
