The hotel is not as close to centre as we thought, rooms are basic but clean but the beds are awful. Also too overpriced for the location and facilities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

i cannot say enough about employees: all were very very helpfull and welcoming, always accomodating any need; the price is a little too high, but it was a last minute reservation. it's a great location 2 min away from Pl Catalunya;the room (312) was pretty spaceous, and the balcony was a big plus. once again, GREAT employees and great location. I would stay there again

The whole hotel was dingy and dog eared and needs total redecoration. My room and bathroom were dirty, fluff, ballooms and nut shells were under the bed and the bathroom sanitary ware was not cleaned properly, the sheets had long hairs in the bed and they did not belong to me. The reception staff were very sorry and got it cleaned the next day, they were always very helpful. I could have been unlucky but there were several teenage school trips at the hotel, and perhaps they thought that they could get away with it. I also thought that the towells were not very clean and it was hit and miss as to whether you got a wash cloth. The breakfast was poor with no choice of cereal, just a strange tasting flake thing that no one asked for twice. The orange juice was orange cordial and very weak at that. I paid £354 for 4 nights and thought that I would get a lot more for my money than I did. I have travelled all over the world and this is possibly the poorest value for money I have esxperienced

The rooms were very noisy through out the whole night. Trash and dirty brooms were left in the hall way right out side the elevator. The front desk staff was very sweet and checking in and out went smoothly. The area was nice during the day but come dusk it wasn't a good area to be walking in.

It was thw first time in Hotel Ronda in Barcellona. The bathroom was clean. The bed wasn't confortable. We couldn't control air conditioning in the room.

Before to arrive at the hotel, I asked by mail if we can have an additional bed in our room. They asked affermative, but when we arrive they sayed it was not possible. They give excellent support to find a room in an other hotel.

Nice hotel for a nice price. Very clean. It has only one disadvantage. Breakfast is available but not very tasty en very expensive (€10 per person).Better take breakfast in a local bar. Personnel is friendly but they could have a better look at the people entry of the hotel. One could enter the hotel and not been recognized. So, everyone not registered could go inside and won't be noticed by the staff.

Hotel information gives the impression it is next to the Ramblas and center. This is a little poetic and somewhat misleading, at least for this user anyway.
