Wellness aqua centre is well worth a visit - very relaxing. Excellent breakfast selection. Perfect location if visiting to watch football.

Hotel is a bit too old and shabby for its five stars. Four stars would be more like it. Carpets have holes, walls are scratched, AC noisy or not working.

Did not think it was a good policy to charge guests €12 Euros for a swim! The hotel has a spa suite which includes steam rooms, sauna etc as well as the pool, and guests need to purchase a day ticket to use them. I merely wanted an early morning dip each day so declined to use the facilities. This would influence my decision to return.

this was meant to be a 5 star hotel and i have stayed in better 3 star hotels.where the hotel was in reasonable presentation the room would struggle to get 2 stars if i was rating it. if i was staying for a longer period i would of refused the room. Because this trip was for my wifes birthday and was only for one night we feel even more bitter. we baught a b@b and then had to pay extra for the breakfast, we rate the hotel 1 out of 10, and your company 1 out of 10 for selling it to us.

This property is overpriced for the room quality provided. Two small beds in a small room. The staff was clueless about the high speed connection (which did not work). Friendly front desk staff, though.

For my work I travel quite lot and I see lots of hotels. Although rated as a 5 star hotel, I would not rate it as one. The room that we received was not spacious and the employees were not very friendly. When I asked for a map of Bacelona, the guy behind the counter did not even had the courtesy to look me in the eyes. The beds, on the other hand, were very comfortable. Our overall experience was OK.
