We were looking forward to having a relaxing coffee/drink at the end of the evening in the hotel lounge but found it was closed to residents. It would have been a good idea for the hotel to have put up a notice to warn residents of this. We did not try the Restaurant but ate the most wonderful breakfasts where there is everything your heart can desire, including champagne! Roof top pool clean but VERY cold!

Nice Hotel with well appointed rooms and Very Nice Staff. The hotel has a wonderful art collection, with a different artist featured on each floor. The Breakfast buffet included was exceptional in quality and variety. We would definitely stay here again.

We had to check out prior to breakfast and asked if a light breakfast could be provided. We were extremely disappointed when we were advised the only way we could have breakfast earlier than the stated time was to was to purchase an additional breakfast from room service, even though our pre paid rate included breakfast!!! Apart from that, an excellent hotel but a little bit too formal for us.

The buffet breakfast, which was included, was extraordinary with everything that can be wanted in the morning. The washroom was also always well stocked with all the toiletry supplies needed. The rooms are spacious. The service is great. The location is ideal too, near the stores, buses and subway.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main square, clothing and antique markets, the cathedral and other tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean. I have never seen such an assortment of meat, fish, bread, pastry, cheese, juice, champagne and quiche among other items for breakfast. If you plan on taking tours, this hotel is ideally located about three blocks from the Julia Bus Terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Girls in the restaurant were extremly good and pleasant. Front of house staff could do with a year or two in a finishing school however!!

A great hotel, located perfectly for exploring Barcelona. A clean, good sized bedroom & bathroom. A great selection of food at breakfast (allow extra time as you'll want to eat lots!). Both indoor & outdoor swimming pools were quite small, but you can't really complain when you're swimming in the sunshine on the hotel roof-top!

Clean, well-located and with excellent buffet breakfasts and good room service. However, despite the time of year my room was uncomfortably hot, even with the small window fully open, and the air conditioning was not enabled (on asking I was told that the air conditioning was allowed to operate only during the peak summer period).
