Fantastic location, very nice and spacious 2br apartment. Only issue was that we had to call reception to check in - it took 30mins for them to arrive, so call in advance! Overall, a great place to stay in Barca - I'd definitely stay again.

-The big inconvenience is that there is NO RECEPTION COUNTER . With no access to get inside the building has been very frustrating .A SPECIAL mention should be made at time of Booking . -There was some problems with the LIFT because some people did not close the door when they exit the Lift . Then ; the lift stops functioning . NOTE:Since it is a self service apt ; we cannot really rate the service .So ; I've put Average .

There is no HOTEL Reception..Have 2 phone ahead to be met. We were moaned at when we arrived in the hour we stated. We had to wait 30 mints in the street, bit rough, for agent to arrive. Apartment dirty, black hair all over. Place not sweep, just mopped. We had 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 nights. No kitchen towel. Not enough pans in kitchen. Cooker had nobs missing. No instruction how to get rid of any kitchen rubbish. Bucket with smelly water&mop, No curtain on small bed window. Had to change in dark. Lounge curtain kept drawn due to view of building falling apart 10 yds way. Balcony had rubbish on. No lock on toilet door. No decor, drab. Its a newish building,needs lookin after. Location is very good. Would not use again.

Convenient location just a few steps from La Ramblas. Spacious modern apartment. Don't be put off by the exterior. Good value.

Apartment was filthy, main bed unsleepable. Kitchen utensils dirty and very basic. No-one serviced the apartment during our 5 day stay. We would not stay there again.

The only issues were that there were no instructions about the washer/dryer system or instructions about the stove For non-european travelers the equipment instructions would have been very helpful. Also, normally when one travels there are such things as extra toilet tissue provided. These were not. Towels to dry dishes with were not provided nor was a drying rack for the dishes. These were not major issues. Overall the faclility was excellent.

We thought the apartments for money was fantastic, we were right in the heart of La Ramblas and within 5 mins walking distance from shops, bars and the port. Couldn't fault the place, it was very modern.

The apartment was excellent - clean and really central location. But beware that the street is busy and noisy at night which made it very difficult to sleep in the front bedroom. The back bedroom was quite.

My only criticism of these excellent apartments is that there are no provisions at all: it would be useful to have stuff like soap, shampoo in the bathroom (which you get provided in a hotel) and salt and pepper and oil and vinegar in the kitchen (which you normally get in the welcome pack for a rental house/apartment). Otherwise, very clean, well-equipped, quiet (a real boon in Barcelona) and secure.

The apartment is really large (at least the one with 2 bedrooms) compared to other apartments in the neighbourhood that we visited because our friends stayed there. Also, in good condition - clean, well equipped. We can really recommend this apartment!

was very noisy at night time as there was a group of single men in one of the other appartments they were coming in very drunk, continually pushing the entrance alarms, shouting, banging doors, running up and down the stairs. This is the only thing that spoilt our stay in the appartments.

Great apartment, very clean and quiet - considering its location. Friendly welcome from staff. Downside for us was the very uncomfortable double bed and the faulty shower head - meaning that taking a shower meant soaking the bathroom area!

The apartments are amazing, we couldnt believe how nice they were, and what good value for money! They are right by the Ramblas Strip. Not even 2 minutes from Leicue Metro station, where a metro is never more than 3 minutes away. We arrived close to midnight, and the owner was there waiting to let us in and show us around, she was very pleasent and spoke excellent English. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay and will definately be staying there again in future!

The location and facilities are excellent, however, there were so many flea in the bed which I had over 250 bites after one night. It is horrible!
