The location of this hotel is excellent being close to the Olympic sailing village where there are many good restaurants and a lovely beach. It is also a quiet hotel and is on the city bus tour route.

Our staying at hotel was overall OK...but the pool was unreachable :-) Too many people and just few chairs. Otherwise the pool is really small and bad placed. It was too much shadow!

This is a beautiful hotel near to olimpic port and closer to all restaurant and disco.. The nearest of location is very quied and good service by bus and taxy. The hotel is very nice and chic and there is a lot of young people inside in agoust... VERY GOOD....

We made our reservations in Feb 07 for our stay in Jun 07. When we arrived they did not have any rooms for us for our first night. They put us up in another 4 star hotel for one night then moved us back into an upgraded room for our second night. It was an inconvenience and took away some of our visiting time, but they made it bearable. Other than this problem, it is a very nice hotel. Location is excellent.

We booked a twin through Hotel Club and got a double, they couldn't change us even though we'd booked 5 months in advance. Lots of hen and stag parties there Room service and service in general is terrible.

The hotels restaurant certainly needs better management. The staff had no idea of what they were actually serving and had no intention of finding out when asked. Juice and milk were not cooled, the trays were not filled and in plats were missing. The hotel has potential but management certainly needs and update.

The immediate environment of the hotel is poor but the near proximity of the Port Olympic and beaches more than makes up for it. I was stung by the cost of parking €14 per night it seemed extreem but then the surrounding roads may not have been safe overnight with a foreign plate car, although seemed safe enough the charge idicated it may not be so. If booking for childeren the hotel can do adjoining rooms which can be closed to the corridor to enable open doors between rooms - which is a good idea.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near to Old port area, which was great for restaurants. My major complaint is that there was a lot of construction going on in/ around the hotel- lots of noise! And I mean noise at 8am in the morning on a Saturday and Sunday morning- no mercy hown to sleeping guests! Also during our stay the pool area was cleaned with a power hose....at 8.45am on a Sunday morning. Not ideal after a night out on Saturday. To be fair, most tourists will stay out late, particularly on a Saturday- why create noise like this?

This hotel is in a perfect location for a party weekend trip. It`s only a two minutes walk to the beach and the Port Olympic with all its bars and discotheques. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Only the breakfast service could be a little bit more friendly

On arrival (and for the first night) we were not given the rooms we booked (one double and one twin) even though these had been confirmed with the hotel a week before. Lightbulbs in the room did not work and we gave up trying to get them replaced after three requests to the Reception staff failed to make anything happen.
