Bag stolen in foyer on arrival as we were checking in. Had to report to police 15 mins walk away Double room good but single room very small with hardly any daylight. In view of the price for this room very unsatisfactory. No larger room offered

As a woman travelling alone, I preferred to eat in the hotel rather than go out alone to restaurants late at night. As the hotel does not have a restaurant, I used room service. I found the room service menu very limited - a choice of sandwiches, omelette or eggs and bacon! I would have liked to have more choice in the room service menu, perhaps with some more Spanish food available.

The hotel is great. Well located, with an impressive number of bus in front of the hotel, that could take you to every turistic point of the city. The rooms are very big, and very nice. We had a wonderfull time there, and the city is magnificent.

It is a good and established hotel in the center of the city of Barcelona. But rather far from the Metro station and we had to use a tax to get to somewhere. The hotel staff could provide information about almost anything by using PC such as location of a restaurant or laundry shop, etc.
