Upon arrival,we could not directly contact the administration of the hotel. We arrived at the address of the apartment and called the administration again. They said they would send someone with the key as soon as possible. After one hour we called again to enquire after the key and still we had to wait another 15 minutes for the key. In the meantime some other guests had arrived and I think they just waited until these guests came, so they only had to come over once. The bathroom is very small, the airconditioning did not work well.

Insufficient lighting, no reading lights and a little sidetable would have made a big difference. Also no lights over the kitchen bench. Otherwise, for a studio apt and the price, it was adequate and the position in the El Born area was fantastic. Close to the Picasso Museum and the best tapas bar in Barcelona. A tip for future travellers with a car, the market car park is the cheapest for long term stay at E22.80 per 24 hours. Cheers

Excellent location-beautiful area which is close to Las Rambles and lots of other attractions. If and when I go back to Bracelona I will stay at one our these apartments not only for the location (although that was a huge plus) but also because of the nice little balcony, the well equipped flat and the fact that you are just left to yourself for the duration-perfect! Highly recommend.

The shower was clogged when we checked in. We can't have shower without turning water on and off. We called the staff and the staff promised to send someone to fix it the second day. It didn’t happen. The sofa bed is very dirty and broken down. Half the lights didn’t have working light bulbs, therefore the room is very dark in the night.
