The duvet was dirty, there were marks on the floor tiles, the shower was tiny. The locaiton was very central but loud at night.

The entrance door from the street did not give us a feeling of security, it is not the auto-close type and has to be carefully pulled/pushed shut. Upon our arrival, a tramp/vagabond had obviously gained entry [it mustn't have been closed properly by a fellow guest] and was found snoring loudly, asleep inside the lobby, at the foot of the stairs ... what a horrible start! The luggage room, for use upon arrival /departure is not on the premises, it is located in the Feelgood company's head office, a 15-20 min. walk away. On the positive side, the staff are lovely, well-mannered people and the accommodation was clean, newly refurbished and it is in a very good location.
