The room we reseaved was number 806, there was during the hole night a very uncomfortable noice from, y think, the ventilation system which is very near of the room.

the room was exactly like it was pictured. It was a very nice room. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway and not real close to downtown but the price was great for such a nice room.

The hotel is entirely surrounded by scaffolding. I was unable to open my window because of it and the workers outside my window! The noise (from shortly at 7am) was incredibly loud e.g. one workman was using a kango drill on the area outside my window (2nd floor). There was no pre-notification of these works otherwise I would not have booked the hotel (unless perhaps in a situation where the rooms were substantially discounted) which was not the case during my visit. Disappointing to be told by the hotel that they had advised all tour operators - yet nothing logged on your site!

We had a problem when we checked in, we were informed that there had been a flood and we would have to move to another hotel, I think they had really overbooked. As part of a group of 10 we informed the hotel we would only move if all our group moved, eventually after about 2 hours, we were checked in with no apologies of proper explanation. One member of the reception staff was friendly and polite but the person who dealt with us was very unprofessional and very rude.
