Double Bed for them = Twin...so in order to have a good room and despite the double confirmation this was 2 nights in a single bed!

At book in they attempted to transfer us to another hotel. It was not a request! After some argument and our refusal to be moved we were given a room there. However, having been therre several times before, we know that it was probably the worst room in the hotel. We will not be returning!
