This is a superb little apartment with plenty of space, fridge, microwave and cooktop and comfortable beds, but please don't expect hotel facilities or room service... you are basically staying in an old Barcelona apartment building... steeped in history (with graffiti on the main door)... This is Barcelona, This is Living!

The appartment was nice and the location good but be warned it is noisy - drunken revellers all night till 7am. Also no service outside monday to Friday office hours so our broken shower holder was not fixed nor could we get a second set of keys during our long weekend stay. The office staff were nice enough and friendly when there.

Wasn't much hot water. They didn't pick up the phone when we called saying we were arriving. Our room wasn't ready when we were told to come back at 4pm. They put us down the street on Las Ramblas (which was much better than where the hotel originally is) however they spoke about us infront of our faces (and yes, I do speak spanish) and the bathroom had hair EVERYWHERE.

These apartment do not have any street appeal, but once you have entered they are very clean and eveything was working. It is suitated close to all attractions.

It is cleaned and neat, nothing more, nothing less. The room was for 6 persons but it was not possible to have 6 showers in the morning with hot water.

This is a great place close to every thing and a great price dont be put off by the outside of the building or the entry the apartments are great and very quite after our long flight this is the place to stay if you want to be in the city and close to the harbour.

Very nice apartments, perfect location, price cheap just one problem no heating system but the weather is always warm in Bacelona!!!! I reccomend it

Grand if you want somewhere cheap and close to Barrio Gotic, Metro is only two minutes away, to take you anywhere else you'd want. A two ring hob, microwave, kettle, hairdryer for the lady, basic but good, think I got bitten by something though, oh, and make sure you ring when you get to the Airport to avoid waiting around. ***

- No service available, as the reception was never manned. - Not enough hot water for 2 persons to take a shower! - Address that is stated on the hotel reservation is not the address you need to go!! You need to call the hotel from the airport before going to the appartments!

The room is newly furnished so it looks very nice. But there is always not enough hot water for shower which is quite a negative aspect esp. as we went to barcelona in winter. but apart from that everything was great!

The duvet cover was stained and dirty. The kitchen crockery and utensils very poor. The apartment very dark as the unit faces into an internal courtyard. The shower was very small and difficult not to spill water into the bathroom area. Entrance to the apartment block very poor and dirty. I would give the apartment 2 star but location being just off the Ramblas 5 star.

We had lots of luggage to carry, so the lack of an elevator was very inconvenient. Besides that the entrance scares the heck out of everyone, but once you go through the glass doors.....its a whole new great world!!!

An exellent priceworthy choice even with a family.
