Room was very old. Did not meet my expectations of how the room will be like. Also, there was renovation going on and construction workers moving around freely - did not feel safe.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night so can't say how good the location is as I was not doing any sightseeing. Furnishings are worn out but overall good value for 30USD. In Sukhumvit something similar would be 1,5 - 2 times as much

This is Definately NOT a 4 star hotel. very very run down and dirty. however it was quite cheap so i guess you can't complain. The staff were very friendly, but it was such a disappointment that the rooms were so run down. To Whom it May concern - Please review the star rating of this hotel. More like 2 star..... gross....

Outward appearances are all good and front desk staff are eager to serve. Unfortunately this is where the good news ends and while the location is good, the place is run down big time and is in need of a major refurbishment to fix broken furniture, filthy carpeting, lights, painting of walls, fixing the elevator, bathroom fixtures, etc.
