The hotel had good security and great facilities; clean and very nicely furnished rooms; close to Sky Train making it very easy to get around and see the sights of Bangkok

The room got electric power failure for several times during only one night stay, probably because of lousy instrallation of the card key detector in the room. TV was so old that image disappeared sometimes. Not worth paying higher rate than other hotels. Only breakfast was good.

We booked a deluxe room but was given a standard and told we had to pay an extra 1,000 bht per night to 'upgrade'. Hotel manager very abrupt and unhelpful. Was charged for breakfast when should have been included and when eating in the hotel indian restaurant waited over 2 hours for the food, arriving at 19.30 and eventually getting our main course at 21.40.

Good quality hotel - such a pity that traffic is so bad in Bangkok. Also note that the taxi driver organized by the hotel may try to charge far more than the concierge indicated for a trip to the airport. Maybe the hotel should engage the services of reputable taxi drivers only!

This hotel is excellent value for money. It is situated off Sukhumvit Road but provides easy access to restaurants, bars and the Skytrain. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast is very good.

Every member of staff I met was courteous and smiling. I certainly was made to feel special. The quality of the restaurants was exceptional, I especially liked the Italian and Indian restaurants. The room (the standard room) was more than adequate and the beds were very comfortable. I will be staying there again this weekend and I am looking forward to the experience very much.

Very centrally located with excellent service and large rooms. Good buffet breakfast and nice pool for a city hotel. They need to volunteer more info on the city and tours. We had to press them having read other literature and found that little was available in the English language and they made no suggestions.

Good mid-priced hotel, nothing out of the ordinary, but friendly staff and a great Indian restaurant on the top floor. Tape recorded bird-song in the lifts can get on your nerves, but we would certainly stay there again.

Whilst the hotel is generally very pleasant, the restaurants are uniformly spectacular! The restaurant on the top floor (27th I believe) affords you amazing views of the city whilst you chow down on the finest Indian cuisine and there is another restaurant within the Rembrandt complex which serves the amazing saté chicken as part of a range of the most delicious modern Thai food. The hotel generally has all the facilities you would expect of a four star hotel as well as a very high quality of service. The location is in a refreshingly quieter part of the Sukumvhit Road area but the local night markets and shopping facilities are only a short walk or taxi ride away meaning you get the best of both worlds. All in all, highly recommended!

I haved stayed here often and enjoy the comfort level. Most problems were minor and easily resolved. Location is excellent with easy access to rapid transit. Indian restaurant on the top floor is a must. Staff are security conscious but not over the top.
