We booked a hotel near the airport. Unfortunately the airport was about 50 minutes taxi drive away as it had moved meanwhile, so the good offer in price did cost us time and was including taxi not so good after all.

It is a hotel very close to the airport and a shuttle service is available if you let the hotel know your flight number and time when booking. If you have time to enjoy them the gardens and swimming pool and restaurants are very enjoyable.

The pool area and customer service were outstanding. The rooms are looking tired and worn. The television service needs updating to cable. We enjoyed our stay as the staff were wonderful.

This is a big splashy hotel, nearish the airport...we stayed in the new wing in a deluxe room...very good value for money - lots of space, facilities...huge, great bathroom! Modern. and very comfortable...the Italian restaurant had fabulous food and wine but was pricey....the staff could have been a little more friendly but as it is a huge hotel then maybe service can tend to be a little more impersonal.

We very much enjoyed an overnight stay in Rama Gardens and was extremely impressed by this hotel which is very close to the airport. We dined in the Italian Restaurant there, the food and service excellent. We will definitely be using this hotel again.

No smoking rooms do not appear to exist (even if you are allocated one it probably will not be). Business centre is not too helpful Other facilities good

We loved our stay, and given the Baht to AUD exchange rate, this was an awesome value. Comparable hotels in Australia charge $500 per night. Needless to say, next time we're in Bangkok, we'll be there!

It is located near the airport, so it was good for us as we had an early morning flight. It is 15 minutes from the airport and they provided a free shuttle service. The food there is quite pricy and no other food and Bev options seems to be close by. We occasionally heard a jet flying overhead and the AC was noisy, but we were in the older section.

Our stay was great as we stayed in the New Wing of the hotel. The room was really spacious and the bathroom very big and clean. The other side of the hotel looked old and run down. One critic I had was the morning buffet, the quality of the food was not that great although it had a great selection of food. But overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
