I was very pleased with the ambience of the hotel in general, the quality of the food particularly the Thai food and the courtesy extended by staff during our stay. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by our names, although I am mystified as to how we were recognised when we arrived in a taximeter. As an architect, I particularly admired the attention to detail in the design, quality of the materials and finishes of the rooms, particularly the bathroom. Everything was in the right place and of a standard that one might expect in such a hotel. We were particularly pleased with the room rates we obtained on the internet.

A beautiful hotel. It has an excellent gym & a lovely pool. Nice attention to detail ; eg, when I rang the concierge he greeted me by name; a note on pillow saying that if I wasn't happy with the pillow they could provide a range of different types of pillow to suit my preference. Great location close to Ploenchit Skytrain station (Skytrain access a must for getting around Bangkok quickly)
