Rates were excellent, quality of breakfast was very high and wide selection available. Internet was expensive and they had trouble having it without interuptions. They should have offered a discount based upon the trouble and lost time due to their operational problems! However, service was fine and we totally enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was nice and clean but for us too far from the main drag so we had to take taxis everywhere. The room service menu was good - especially the chicken maussaman, if your like curries - try it ..delicious!

I do not think that this hotel meets requirements of 5 star hotel. It was the very first time when i had to pay extra BHT 100 per day for usage of safe. Room does not have internet access and furniture is out of date
