very clean and good service, prima location near the park and the sky-train. I had a beautiful premier room on the 19th floor. The airconditioning makes it a little too cold in the restaurant Parkview. Good price, good quality !!

No kettle and tea making facility in room (so have to get drinking water from 7-Eleven), no slippers provided but flooring in room is marble and so very uncomfortable for the feet. Tap water is brownish. Otherwise it is a nice hotel for business and leisure stay.

The Hotel is very large and is located next to a beautiful park with fountains and volleyball/basketball courts. On the other side of the park, there is a luxurious shopping center with onramp to the Sukhumvit BTS Skytrain providing the hotel's guests with fast and inexpensive access to other parts of Bangkok. The open air swimming pool is located on the 9th floor with view of the city high rise buildings on the background.

Safe door in room stuck on arrival. Computer connections and power point hidden. Local newspapers difficult to obtain. Check-out time inflexible, despite willingness to pay extra. Not enough fruit at breakfast buffet. Room service and housekeeping very good. Front desk staff attentive and helpful.
