Actually this hotel is the best in class within the CBD, just three steps away from the skytrain. Excellent service, perfect cuisine, modern decoration and big rooms. No hesitation.

The breakfast was not very good - service was very poor and the range of food available was not appealing at all. I actually walked to the Four Seasons for breakfast on most mornings. When i did eat at the HI - it was not great. Service was very slow. Service at reception and the door was very good. Very helpful. Although the conceirge could have been more helpful with info on the boat cruises when i asked. Would I stay there again, not sure. Rooms are very nice and well equipped. Although not as good as the ones at the Majestic Grande. HI was not all bad and not all good. Hope this helps.

This hotel is in the centreand it's near the Chidlom skytrain stop. The hotel was fantastic. The restaurant was really nice. There are loads of restaurants nearby that are suited to every budget. ThisRead more is a great place for a shopping trip. Everything you might need is within walking distance. The only thing is that the rooms are overpriced.?They really are tiny. Everything else is fine.Hide
