My 2 days stay there was quite a pleasant one except for the staff at the coffee house and at the reception. the Staff in the coffee house seems to be serving the Caucasian better then us the Asian. with greetings and directing them to their table and when Asian walk in, they did the same thing, to present the breakfast coupon and that's about it, these patron have to look for their own table and for myself and my partner, we went to a table and no one was there to serve us with either coffee or tea as it was different with the Caucasian, they were immediately served with their beverage. the staff at the reception I don't know whether they understand my spoken English or they are really not well verse in it, I have difficulty getting info from them.

Front Desk people are not accommodating and didn't try to make the guests who arrived early in the morning comfortable due to hotel regulation.

Value for money Hotel. Could have done better with an electrical kettle in the room.

I don't believe the lack of basic toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste and we have to pay if we need it. No slippers are provided in the rooms and we have to step on the filthy carpet floor or pay for those again.

Excellent location half-way between the airport and city. Close to the expressway and new Bangkok underground. Have always been pleased with service and great value for money.

We stayed 3 different times during July 2003. After travelling from the north and south, we had troubles checking in early for our twin beds non-smoking room. We ended up with a one-bed smoking room. It smelled like cigarettes even though they had sprayed an ordor killer. The second time we had to change a room. Check-in/reception was not as friendly as we expected. Otherwise it was a fairly good hotel.

Excellent location with walking distance for fun, seafood, roadside market and shopping mall. Hotel has excellent free breakfast buffet to suit indiviual taste. Intertnet facilities, disco, lounge etc within hotel itself. This is my second stay in this hotel and will recommend it to others.

Eventhough there are many waitress or waiter in the hotel coffee shop while having breakfast, they have never served tee or coffee. This is my first experience in the hotel except hotel notification.
