Had some difficulty with the internet connection for the room, but the IT person sorting it out within 10 mins. Not every thing was explained to me in full as for room operation. Location for shopping was good and for transferability from the International to domestic was ideal. The room pricing is excellent compared with Singapore and others regions in the area and the Executive floor was very well catered. The Business centre and some other add-on prices were unrealistic, charging too much will drive people away from using these facilities. Also the Hotel taxi is far over-priced for a comparison to whats available in the area. Some of the room facilities were old, (TV set was old style and fuzzy) instructions and pictures worn off of remote controls and room lighting controls, but figured it all out.

Very convenient for those who want to break their journeys to elsewhere. You can access the hotel by walking through terminal 1. Restaurants very good and very reasonably priced. Always very pleased with our stays.

We had to catch a flight with 8am departure. Whe we came to the reception at 6am, there was a line of 16 people waiting for checkout, which took 15 minutes to complete as there were only two staff available and they were slow. When we finally left, the line had increased to about 40 people, a lot of unhappy customers!

I was really disappointed with this hotel for the price. It was not good value for money. I have stayed in other Amaris before and I think that this hotel lets them down. The room where I stayed was old and shabby, but it does have a great location

i selected the Amari because of its location and remember the rates being alot less. The Hotel is very tired and very expensive for the ease of where it is it would be great to have an alternative close by and i would not stay there again. Apparently some airline staff i talked with mentioned the Rama Garden close by which i would definatlely look at next time.

The Amari Airport Hotel is the only hotel (except for a youth hostel) available for tourists arriving internationally, who do not want to make the long trip to the city centre. The hotel must be well aware of its airport monopoly, as the hotel is very overpriced. We could have stayed for half the price in an exceptional hotel in the city. This hotel does not deserve its ranking!

Arriving late at night was a bit tricky but the day staff on the subsequent day were very helpful. ROoms lack some basic amenities - kettles for instance and are a bit shabby for the price.
