Well worth upgrading to a better room in the new wing; quieter, better bathroom, nice big bed. Love the breakfast. Great location close to Sky Train. Amazing supermarket opposite with great freshly cooked Thai food served at front bar. Not my first stay, not my last.

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for the past 20 years, Hotel Club should also have pricing for DELUXE ROOMS in the new wing of the Hotel. You only show in your programme the superior rooms of the old wing of the hotel. I upgraded to the superior room and paid the difference directly to the hotel for the upgrade.I will use this hotel again next January and hope Hotel Club would also have rates for DELUXE rooms in the new wing at that time.

Service was fantastic, they gave us a late check out with no fuss and were very accommodating generally. Its close to the sky train, and a reasonable price, gotta be happy with that!

The hotel was very nice and the included buffet breakfast was awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also close to the public transit line.
