The Amari Atrium Hotel is in a superb position for all the shopping areas and within the Hotel is an excellent Italian Restaurant. The food and service was quite wonderful.

Requested non-smoking and double bed room. On one occasion were put in smoking room as there were no non-smoking rooms available. On another occasion were put in a room with two single beds pushed together.

please note that i rated the location as bad because the hotel is far away from the wtc. i had to use a taxi to get to wtc. Anyway, i appreciate if you recommend a closer hotel to wtc for my next trip to thailand' the land of nice people'.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient in all departments, and the facilities good. Not central but not far from the new MRT line plus a good complimentary hotel transport service. Good reasonably priced food in the evenings in the Mingles pub, served by very efficient and charming staff.

On checking out the Hotel declined to provide a tax invoice for the booking fee which we had made over the Internet. They did provide a tax invoice for services provided during our stay i.e. meal in the restaurant.

Generally a very good, reasonably priced hotel to stay in. However take into consideration the taxi fares you have to pay if you want to go shopping ( traffic jams around peakhour and during thunderstorms, as I experienced..). I would probably spend the extra $'s and choose Amari Watergate next time as it is more central.

All the staff were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. Although not the most centrally located hotel the taxis were extremely cheap as was the train which was only a ten minute walk away.
