We loved the location but the front desk service left a lot to be desired. The fact that we had no hot water for our showers was beyond disappointing, especially when there was no offer to amend the situation. On a good note, two of the servers in Tug's Restaurant on the 2nd floor, were polite, friendly and attentive.
