PAID A LOT OF MONEY $289, OVER A MONTH BEFORE. ONLY TO FIND ON ARRIVAL THEY HAD PLACED US IN A BACK ROOM WITH NO BED BUT A FOLD OUT DIVAN, EXPECTING US TO PULL IT OUT AND FIX THE BEDDING OURSELVES THIS HOTEL WAS A DISASTER AND THE PEOPLE, BLACK AMERICAN MANAGEMENT WERE RUDE, WANTED ACCOUNT PAID FURTHER BONDED BY PLACING A $400 CREDIT BOND UPON OUR ONE NIGHT STAY X 3 ROOMS. WHILST ARGUING A CREDIT THEY WOULD / DID NOT FORWARD ANY CREDIT BEFORE WE HAD LEFT THE NEXT AFTERNOON.... DREADFUL MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES AND HOSPITALITY FOR A HYATT BASED ADDRESS HOTEL CLUB SHOULD SCREEN THESE SORT OF AGENCIES AND PROVIDERS BEFORE OFFERING ANY APPLICATION TO THE MEMBERS.
