THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK. WHOLE FEELING WAS AS IF THEY WERE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY E.G. CORRIDOR LIGHTS NOT ON.

This was an excellent 3 star hotel in a great position only 10 minutes drive to beautiful Assisi without having to pay hotel prices of Assisi. Dinners were excellent and it's location is quite and rural. The swimming pool is a bonus. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

An excellent hotel, with excellent facilities and a very firendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning in some rooms needs attention but that is being taken care of apparently.
