I forgot the room safe's code. Contacted reception. A technician was sent up within two minutes to help. While the location is very central, it is also noisy despite double-glazed windows especially early morning.

The location of the hotel was great - on a quiet street with easy access to the shops and market. Our room was clean but there were a few things that seemed to be left by the previous occupants of the room.

Great location, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Smells of smoke a bit in the lobby bar. Would definitely stay there again.

The wireless internet system was not working. This was very disappointing as one of the reasons why I selected this hotel was because wireless intenet was advertised as being available in this hotel. Furthermore, even if it had been working, a charge for this service would have been made - once again a charge had not been made clear in the summary of this hotel.
