Was disappointed when shuttle dropped us in front of Motel - it was decribed as Boutique, but was a very basic looking old motel complex. The 2 girls on Reception were very nice and friendly and agreed that is should not be described as Boutique. We found the room basic, but clean and was in a good location. We got the shuttle pass and the shuttle stopped outside.

We had trevelled from Australia reception was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful to us for our first few nights in the US.

Great location and excellent to have breakfast included. This complex is set up like the Melrose Place set - You are quite boxed in but it is great for what you pay. We stayed downstairs and could hear all the noise in the room above us at bedtime so that was a downside. If going to LA again I would stay somewhere nicer.

1) Amenities in the room lack maintenance. 2) Internet service is not reliable at all. 3) The breakfast room is too small. 4) The room rate we paid for the period we stayed is over-priced. 5) We've decided we'll never stay in the same hotel chain again.

we arrived early to book in and that wasnt a problem. Very friendly receptionist, went out or her way to make you feel welcome.Pleasent breakfast which included toast and cerials which not many other places offered. thanks heaps.

There is no concierge service but Stacey who is one of the receptionist was very helpful to us during our stay.

Very inexpensive and great location. Typical 60s-70s travel lodge style of motel. Has been recently refurbished.

This is a nice, clean hotel for a night's stay. The beds are hard! Good value for the money. The front desk staff was very helpful, nice and polite. I will be staying here again in mid December 2006. This hotel is 100% percent NON SMOKING It's great not to have to put with smokers!

Hotel was clean. Good value for the money. They had a good continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We LOVED the fact that this is a smoke free hotel. We would return to this hotel.

This hotel seemed like it was a place to have loud & abnoxious parties. I mean it was sooo disturbing, it made me feel like I was still in college. All the frat parties. There were 2 todlers traveling with me, and throughout the entire night, we were awaken by all the screaming and loud music. There is no place to park, and not even the manager or whomever was on duty that night could help us. I seriously wanted to check out that evening. But because this was a trip to go and see Disney, I thought we might as well stay just to get some sleep. Anyways, this hotel sucks!! I would never recommend this to anyone, just to kids who party and drink for a living!!

The hotel is a good choice for tight budget. It is little bit far away from Disneyland - probably 2 miles. Breakfast is good. The staff were helpful. There are couple of good places to eat nearby, but if you have a car then all the good places are not far away.

The service was terrific - nothing was a bother. I was surprised by what we got for our money. It exceeded my expectations.
