Seems like the carpet needs vacuuming, front desk people should be more accommodating, vending machine should be working all the time and the breakfast should at least have some choices even if it is just continental servings

Great location, we watched the fireworks from the balcony, staff are very friendly, my daughter had lots of fun in the pool. The breakfast are simple but enough to get you started. The room are clean, but our suite has a bit of pet odor in the living room area, called the front desk, they said they will take care of it, but it probably was hard to get rid of. A good place to stay for families who don't require much pampering.

We had late check-in midnight. We requested a room with 2 bed and non-smoking when we originally made out reservation. And we got a smoking room with on queen bed.

The hotel was very clean and nice, and the rooms were extremely large and family-friendly. The one bedroom suite had two doubles in a bedroom and a king in the main room - perfect for our family of five. About a two minute walk from the Disneyland main gate, so you don't get much better than that. Very well priced for the location.

Position very good. Rooms rather well worn and dated. Free breakfast a bonus. Felt paid more for position than hotel itself.

The drains in both the sink and the tub were very slow, causing an odor resembling mildew. Once that is taken care of, I would rate the cleanliness at good or very good.

Going to disneyland this is a good location.A short walk to the entrance.and if you like to have a break in the middle of the day you dont have far to go.The continental breakfast is a nice touch.

Very pleasant surprise how clean and nice the hotel rooms were. We got connecting rooms like we requested and even a fridge and microwave.
