The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and is near to the museums. However the rooms are too small and cramped and are overpriced. Better hotels are available near the centre in the same price range.

I stayed at the Trianon Hotel and found it good value for the price. The bedroom was small but clean and was centrally heated. I had limited contact with the staff but I found them helpful when I did approach them. The location was convenient to both bus and tram stops and their were plenty of bars and shops nearby. The breakfast was standard Low Countries fare. Not the most appetising but equivalent to what you normally get in similar establishents throughout Belgium and Holland. I have one small criticism. I had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight and the Breakfast was not ready around 7.A.M. but in fairness the staff member on duty rustled up a few things and I did not leave the hotel hungry. The acid test of a hotel is would I stay there again? the answer is yes.

Room Excellent, newly decorated and clean. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service excellent as is location. We would go back to this hotel.

IT'S ONLY A 5 MINUTE TRAM RIDE FROM CENTRAAL STATION. VERY NICE HOTEL BUT ROOMS ARE A BIT SMALL. DESPITE BEING BEHIND THE CONCERT HALL - YOU DONT HEAR A THING!!

Good selection at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very small but certainly clean. Fantastic spot for public transport. Appox 33 euros from airport to hotel, or 14 euros from central station in a taxi. Overall felt previous comments to be a little harsh, fresh towels and toiletries each morning. Would stay again.

Room was very compact, but everything I needed was there. It is much cheaper to take the train from Schiphol Airport to the Central Station and transfer to tram #5 than to take the Airport Shuttle. Either mode of transport will drop you off very close to the hotel. People around were most helpful with directions.

KLM bus shuttle from Airport to Hotel door was excellent on arrival. Excellent Location as out of city & yet within walking of Dam sq.
