For the second year in a row we could not find the entrance to the hotel, arriving by car, because the direction is very poorly indicated. We also do not like the continuous price change for the rooms at this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. A bit confusing if arriving by taxi. Reception being on the 1st floor, one floor above road services. Not a problem if arriving by Air

Stayed one night here on our way home from our honeymoon in July/Aug of this year. Staff very helpful and polite and the rooms were fabulous. Extra points for the most comfy bed in the world, especially when you have jet-lag. Very convenient for the airport its a five minute walk to check-in

Disappointed with quality of food. Requested Gin and Tonic (Bombay Sapphire) but this was out of stock. Requested a bottle of Rioja wine with dinner this was also out of stock. Requested dessert menu but waiter never returned with it so left the restaurant. Bar service was good but restaurant could be improved. Quality and choice of food was not very good. Explanation of buffet service was poor - not understood. Location of hotel at Schipopl is first class.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the airport. However, service is poor and the facilities did not meet my expectations. Overall, this is an expensive hotel for what you get.

Yor hotel description do not indicate that your hotel is connected to the airport terminal. That is a great featur ethat I believe you are missing out on in you communication.
