Rooms small but functional. Bad smell in lift (elevator) and stairways. Location great. Pricing reasonable. Overall I was happy with the hotel and would use it again.

Nice hotel. Star rooms are too little, but they are nice, a the modern style gives a nice feeling of light and finally it was sufficient. Not away from interesting places, but the area was quiet. Only 10 min max by foot from the central station.

None of the electric equipment in the room functioned properly. The bed was half broken, because one of the side stands was missing. The heater was broken at the highest level of heating, and was only fixed after repeated requests, a day later. It should have been mentioned before that parking is only available at extra cost (34 Euros a day). Overall, a dissatisfying stay for the money.

The hotel was perfectly located, very comfortable and quiet, the only complaint is that our room was constantly dark and the lighting in the room was poor. The only window in our room opened out onto the side wall of a building alongside it, so make sure to stay away from room 110 !!

Just a few minutes away from the Central Station, with trams stopping outside the hotel, this is a good location for anyone who wants to have the city at their fingertips. Despite the location beside a main road, noise levels were not disturbing, even with the window open. The Star room (apparently a deluxe room) had a decent standard incl. air conditioning, though it was a bit small. The glass cubicle that is the bathroom was novel but otherwise up to notch. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel since it only offers a continental breakfast buffet. The restaurants and pubs within 50-100 meters of the hotel offer much more sumptious breakfasts (pancakes, full English, etc) for much less than what the hotel charges. I'll stay here again!

The rooms are not very spacious, good to have facility like ice vending machine and ironing board in the common area, location is very good, matress is too soft and split bed not appropriate for couples

The hotel is in a good location. Redlight district is 2 blocks away. Public transportation is readily available. Breakfast was good, but added 12 euro to the bill. The room was very clean, although on the smallish side.

The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of all the major sites. The hhotel was clean and the staff helpful. Be aware that the french breakfast is a coffee/tea and a croissant, although a buffet breakfast is available at extra cost. We stayed in the basic room which was very comfortable but if you have an extra 20 euros you should go for the star rooms for a more modern look.

The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful, i have stayed in the past and will do so in the future. I have never had cause to complain.
