There was no lift to our room and there were two large, narrow and steep flights of stairs as well as several sets of 2-3 stairs. Some assistance with our luggage would have been much appreciated although we did manage to drag our suitcases up. We arrived off an international flight into Amsterdam at 5am and the staff were lovely enough to offer us a free breakfast when we dropped off our suitcases to be stored until check-in was available. A nice touch after 22 hours in the air!

Fab location extremely central - modern lobby and breakfast room - we staying in the refurbished rooms but they were not finished to the highest standard still a bit jaded. No natural light into the room - in the summer would feel v stuffy. But for the money and location, personally I would stay there again. Breakfast was adequate a little more choice would have been nice.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel and we are booking again for september. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean, we stayed in room 40 which was very big, having the fridge was excellant.
