The hotel was ok, the bed was very comfy, well stocked mini bar, very nice bathroom. We were given a small travel kit which included soaps, shampoos, etc. The bar area of the hotel is actually in the reception area so did not feel like a cosy or sophisticated place relax. We also saw a mouse running around the reception area. The reception staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming.

it was very much a 5 star hotel the only problem we had was when we checked in they had no record of our booking (so i dont know what happened in our case but she made a ph call to someone it was all ok) she did say (the person at reception) that lucky we still have the family room available?????

Refurbushment work was being completed when we stayed in Dec 2004 which we were not made aware of until we arrived. This meant there was no bar area and the brasserie was not open. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles as there were regularly no tables so I'd pay the 3.50 euros and take it in your bedroom.

The hotel did not have our reservation but quickly sorted it out once they had our booking confirmation. Rooms are lovely - very comfy with all facilities. Bathrooms are small but have terrific shower. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Five star service for very good price. Great Breakfast (included) Convenient to all facilities - museums & (designer) shops nearby

Wonderful Hotel, good attitudes. Great shower! in fact, the amenities were excellent. (Gym a bit dated, but functional) The Front Desk needs some paint. The edges of the trim were chipped. They were good with detail, and remembered my Birthday with a small note of congratulations. Wake up service was on the minute. Room cleanliness was superior and the cleaning staff efficient. Wait staff were well trained. I will stay here again!
