This hotel was fabulous... The Staff and the hotel as a whole was wonderful... The location was excellent and the hotels decor was modern yet still inviting and we felt like we were at home... the bartender rocked!!!

A very friendly hotel. Lovely surroundings in the bar and reception area. 2 minutes away from the shops and bars. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was very good. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

The rooms need redecorating and the smell in the hall needs resolving. Service was fantastic and location is great, but at the end of the day is the room that counts. Will never go again to this hotel.

The hotel rooms (standard) are very small, although tidy and with everything you need (TV with channels in 4 diff. languages, beds with duvets, etc.). Breakfast was not convincing: the variety was good, the quality/taste of the food wasn't. The area is upmarket and quiet.

The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious--especially the scrambled eggs! I would stay here again and recommend the Vondel Hotel to others.
