We were hugely dissappointed with this hotel. The rooms were very small and the view of an overgrown courtyard, certainly not value for money. I wouldn't have minded so much but having paid over £200 per night, we would have expected something far better. Although the staff were friendly and did go out of there way to make you welcome and the breakfast also very good, I would not class this hotel as 5 star and would not consider staying at the Pulitzer again. Location wise it was very beautiful and peacful, but not for those who want to be in the centre of town as it was a good 15 min walk to Dam Square.

A haven! Room small but immaculate, with very comfortable bed and polished wooden floor. Very good well-planned (small) bathroom. Rooms are all individual and because they are not in a long corridor, as is the case with most hotels, you do not get any noise from your neighbours. My only gripes - television did not receive British television channels and room service was slow (but good!) Excellent breakfasts. Would love to go there again.
