Spacious Canal View ApartmentsThe apartments are located in a 17th century canal house close to the Hotel. You check in at Hotel Amstelzicht (Amstel 104), where you will receive the keys of the apartment. On arrival the rental agreement has to be signed and payed. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and each of them has its own atmosphere. The exact set-up can variate between the apartments. All apartments are “self catering”. This means that there is no service during your stay and by check-out certain things need to be done. You will receive an e-mail with the house rules after your booking. During your stay there is no daily cleaning service, only in the case you stay more than 6 nights, there is a weekly cleaning service.Hotel Amstelzicht only accepts reservations with credit card authorisation. All hotel facilities are available for apartment guests. Guests are invited to enjoy the hotel amenities.By check out:Beds: Sheets and towels have to be collected and to be placed in a provided laundry bag. Kitchen: The dishes have to be clean and tidy, the dish washer need to be empty, the fridge has to be empty and has to be on the 0 position.Floor: The floor has to be cleaned with the broom. Dustbin: The dustbin has to be emptied in a bag and to be placed next to the front door inside the apartment.Please note that there will be a charge of 50 euros if the apartment has not been cleaned when you leave.Good to know:Check-in time for the apartments is from 17.00 hours (5.00 pm).You will be asked for a deposit of 100 euros (50 euro in case of loss of the keys and 50 euro if the apartment has not been left in a reasonable clean condition.)
