The hotel has one main building and an extra building of very poor quality. Unfortunately I stayed in this extra building. I booked this hotel as 3 star - but this extra building is below one star standard. The rooms are small, the bathrooms dirty and small. Definitely not recommended!!

This hotel looks to be before a four star hotel but since several years they don't have made good maintenance on it. The furniture are old, the bathroom looks newer. It is a very noise hotel, because the walls are to thin and you can always hear what neighbors do all the night. You will need to use auricular plugs to sleep well. The breakfast was an average one. To phone outside you will need to go down to the reception and pay 20 euros in advance as deposit!

A real find - could not fault it. Staff were superb, food excellent, reception extremely helpful - and very understanding when we got lost and phoned for help - and the breakfast met even my 17 year-old's hearty appetite ! Room was faultless. An excellent experience all round.

perfectly adequate clean, comfortable recommended for short stays. A little bit out of the way but we were aware of this prior to our trip and again suited our purposes. would highly recommend for mixed groups mini-breaks. Not what I would call a 'family' hotel but great for groups of friends/work colleagues.

alot more than 3km from city center cost 35 euro in a taxi to reach city. staff not the friendliest.normal bar they did not no how to make cocktails.would not go back.

The Annexe Room (Hot Buffet Breakfast Included) has a cheap price but the room was terrible, small and dirty. TV in my room had no remote control, called the reception with no response. And it's in a living area and bit far from the city. I would not stay again.

The hotel is overall clean and price acceptable. To reach downtown by Tram No.2 is also convenient.

Day on our arrival we didn''t receive any help from the emplyee. We asked about the hotel''s location, man gave us map, but didn''t show were the hotel was located. Didn'' t help with the tram tickets, and our whole stay it seemed impossible to get a smile from the staff.

The only negative comment about the hotel is the poor design of the bathroom. The shower tray was too shallow which flooded the bathroom. I spent time mopping the floor with a towel. There was no shower curtain which resulted in everything getting soaked and the shower area was built with glass bricks which meant everyone in the bedroom could see me showering. Just as well I was good friends with my companions.

Hotel facilities poor. No entertainment in evenings at all. Evening meals overpriced for grade of hotel. Rooms were not cleaned at all in 1 week of our stay. Hotel is situated too far from City Centre either have to get Taxi or Tram which is a bind and there is nothing close by to walk to. We were very disappointed all round with the hotel, and management not helpful, and would not entertain staying there ever again.
