We had a wonderful few days at the Estherea. It was our anniversary and the hotel gave us a basket of freebies. Our room was lovely with a canal view and was clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and always willing to help. I am really happy to recommend this delightful hotel to anyone as it offers excellent service.

Room service was good. Front desk people were helpful. Location was good but the streets were a quite dark when walking home at night. Very small room for the price of the accommodation.

Room was well equiped with extra pillows and blankets which I prefer. Located along a canal in a quiet part of town but still in the middle of the city so everything was walkable. Staff were courteous and gave excellent directions. Would recommend to everyone.

I was, at first, a little dubious at the thought of a family-run hotel but I was most pleasantly surprised. Having been used to large chains it was refreshing to experience great, personal service. The hotel was lovely, perfectly situated and very reasonably proced. I'd go again!
